At that point, employee will be converted to permanent, full-time status. Starting
wage: $8/hour with increases commensurate with skill level. Opportunity to earn up
to $15/hour within the 2-year training period. Manual dexterity, excellent vision,
attention to detail, prior manufacturing experience a plus.
